The school has been founded in 1950. In 1954 the local comunity in partnership with the school teachers and its employees manifested in favour to the construction of the actual building, that transformed in 1972 in one of the mos modern building of the town. The building has 20 classes, laboratory, library (regognized by CRB-SP), a memorial to João Baptista and others. It is situated in an area called 'Cidade Nova' and it is very common for students of all the area.
