The Headquarter (Silao)

In 1640 the construction of the quarter started and at its completion it was uded as halondiga and thereinafter it was used as a "casa de diezmo". During 1890 - 1910 it was a headquarters for the federation army. In 1989 the towship goverment started the procedure to acquire the building. The 1995-1997 administration acquired and remodeled the Culture House, wich mow includes a public library, a SABES center and federal and state's agencies.
