  KEREDARI BLOCK,still considered as a backward place with development point of view. Deeply harassed and affected by the naxals the block has lost its zeal to progress.Although the block is a mineral rich place but due to the lack of industrialists and poor communication,this property is unveiled till now. keredari block has a lot of tourist interest places like famous kandaber temple, keredari lake,satbahini(hot water spot) and the beautiful view of banjha forest and dam. various caompanies like nilanchal,reliance and ntpc has shown interest to devlop coal mines but due to the poor rehabilitation policy and less payment for the land people of the area are obstructing. It is to be noted that the land is the only property as well as the source of livelihood to the people in this block. offers of these companies is a hope of devlopment for this area but as well as its a danger for the 20000 families who are dependent on the agriculture. now its the government of jharkhand who has to take the charge for the proper rehabilitation of the people so that the coal can be used as well as the development of the area is possible.All the best to the people of keredari...!!!

  Keredari!!! Is a beautiful place to live but local have created a snarly by obstructing the development work just for small benefits. Connectivity from Hazaribagh is pathetic; 40KM distance takes 2.5hrs due to awful condition of the road. Keredari has its own Bank, Post Office, Police Station, Hospital, Block and couple of fairly good schools. Still this place is called backward due to lack of connectivity and infrastructure, this place is just 90KM from Ranchi, 40KM from Hazaribagh still it takes forever to commute to any of these places due to pathetic condition of roads. Can anyone imagine that a Bridge washed away couple of years ago which disconnected Keredari from Hazaribagh and that’s still not being constructed and people have to pay to locals if they wanted to cross the river on the temporary bridge they have constructed. Let’s hope for the best and may god bless Keredari and brighten its name sometime.

  I am Raju Kumar, live in keredari , Actually NTPC is a good compony in india. I want to all graduate candidate us job in our companies.
