Don't buy house in this colony, because of poor supervision of the staff.Owner of the company is residing at Mumbai & they don't care. Staff at Bhopal is not caring to remove the deffects.Major problem is water leakage from ceiling during rains. It is better to buy house from such builder who is at Bhopal only and will listen to you. Ab Shalimar group pehle jaisa nahin hai.

  • There is water problem in the colony.Builder is trying to befool buyers for selling houses.There is severe water problem. Anybody can ask this from persons living in the colony.

  • poor colony MAINTENANCE ,OPAL DEVELOPER OUNIT OF MIRCHANDANI GROUP SOLD OUT DUPLEX AT SHALIMAR SEVEN GARDEN ALSO NOW WITH SHALIMAR FORTLEZA ,SEE BUILDER ONCE SOLD IT OUT THEN USE TO CHANGE PLAN AS PER HIS CONVENIENCE ,POOR MAINTENENCE ,ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION ETC ARE PROBLEM WITH SHALIMAR BUILDER BHOPAL ....RATES ARE OVER PRICED TOO
