  • Clarer college is on 71 St. and 8B Av. Centro Medico de Occidente Hospital is on 8 Ab. and 75 St. Some houses could be seen as Shell Oil Co. builded in Tierra Negra a lot of years ago. I growed up in this field and studied in Claret college since 70´s at primary college to 80´s at high school. This zone is a part of tje down town of Maracaibo city. Nowaday is a resdidential and comercial zone with restaurants, hotels, petroleum enterprises, banks, medical centers, clubs, bakerys, etc.
