The former Masonic Temple in Berthoud. The ground floor is now the Habitat for Humanity thrift store, offering household goods, furniture, clothing and sundries. Before it was the Habitat store, it was home to Rawhide Auctions. Upstairs is the old Masonic Temple. As of 2005 the building owners had planned to renovate the upstairs into artists lofts and studios.

The roof of the building features a retractable hatch, presumably used at some point by the Masons.
