Land Pavilion is in the form of a round two-story brick building in the southern part of which are premises, and in north - two rows of windows glazed room for entry and exit of passengers. Glazed stained glass entrance hall, with stairs to the west and east, stands on a high podium and protected by large roof, which is on the perimeter of the roof rests on 10 arches 6 meters in height. In the roof there is cross-lamp fluorescent light. Cash and escalator lobby halls are not integrated with each other and therefore have a different architecture, the glass ceiling and walls of the cash room create a sense of lightness and solemnity. Domed ceiling escalator hall is decorated with circular chandelier with original fixtures. Coverage also agreed in the form of fluorescent light fixtures in aluminum ceiling. In the facing of facades and interiors used anodized aluminum and natural stone - marble, granite, dolomite saaremsky.
