  Yes, it's Koidula estonian cross-border point on russian-estonian border. Opens for all citizenships (you must have visa). Possible to cross it on foot. Probably thousands of russians will go here after Schengen enlagment at 21-DEC-2007, using finnish schengen simplified visas (Finland gives 1-year multiply entries schengen visa in russian passport without invitations, from 2001).
