The holiday village "Metallurg-3" was founded in 1956. The village comprises 300 summer cottages with 800 to 1200 square meters of floor space. During the summer there are about a thousand people. In recent years an increasing number of vacationers live in the village all year. The village has its own electrical substation, water supply, year-round deliveries of gas cylinders, as well as a mini-market open all year. The village is fenced and guarded but unfortunately, security is poor.
