  Radisson Carlson Hotel , Upcoming 5 Star Hotel Adjoining areas are Hot spot for real estate investment. tags: Indore Real Estate Indore Property Indore Hotels Indore star hotel type: Hotel, hostel place comments: 20 days ago Rajesh Agrawal +8 This plot was allotted by IDA to Pintu Chabra for end-use as marriage garden and was operated as Karan Garden for several years.Then, Chabra bought the adjoining plot of Distinct Motors[- FORD , SANGHI ] joined the two plots[this is unauthorised] and using his deep connections with-in IDA ,got the end-use changed on paper which again is illegal.Now the sanctioned-map by IMC says that one whole plot [out of the 2 combined illegally] is reserved for parking and garden but construction is going on the both the plots.Complaints of corruption at highest levels of IDA , IMC and TnC have been lodged with PMO , CM ,DC,Anti Corruption Bureau [ACB] and Vigilence Cell and it is likely that this project and massive corruption behind its permissions,as widely reported by Indore's local press will lead to cancellation of all permissions. - PTI ------------------------------------------------------------------- Please look into it right now Saajan 0 5 White Church Colony - residence of Iqbal s/o Qamruddin - has built a illegal structure without providing for MOS [a offence which is treated with immediate demolition by municipal corporation] and constructed 12800 sq ft on a 5100 sq ft plot.It is such a shame that a totally illegal structure made on a plot leased from IMC [Indore Municipal Corporation ]has not been demolished by IMC despite over 50 written complaints by the residents of White Church Colony and news paper reports by Dainik Bhaskar ,Agniban and Chautha Sansar.These complaints are being made since 2003. add your comment in English
