Multi-tenant facilities, which are owned and operated by RPI. Multi-tenants are basically “speculative” buildings servicing the needs of multiple tenants and in constructing such facilities we must recognize that the tenant’s needs are changing every day and the building must be very flexible and adaptable to their needs. This first building contains a company named InterScience, which probably represents the highest science in the Park…concentrating mostly on physics research. Also located in this building are BullEx, LLC, Ceralink, Inc., Smith Hernandez, LLC, Systems Implementation and Weld Computer.
