The temple was built by AKONDI GOPALA KRISHNA MURTHY(PUROHIT)IN THE YEAR OF 1980. The largest HANUMAN Statue (27feet) in Konaseem is here.The Lord Hnuman is famous as Sri Sakala Karya Siddhi HANUMAN.Every year at Hanuman Varatam Celebrations will be held grandly here.thousends of devoties participate in that celebrations.THIS YEAR(2009)HANUMAN VRATAM is ON 30th NOV

I saw once the yearlycelebrations of lordHANUMAN is done by the devoties grandly. nearly 10,000 people were visit that time. anoyher importent subject is they arrenged meals for all devoties.   • Yes, this is famous upcoming temple in East Godavari Dist. AP.They also Built very big idol of 27ft. for Lord Hanuman,doing abishekam once in a year from the head, i also participated in last year.it was very excellent.Many devotees were also participated in that process.I would suggest every one must visit this temple and get the blessings of Lord Hanuman.They celebrate the festival of Hanumadvratham every year which was awesome...probably i'll not miss it any time.They will do so many puja's at that time ,each and every people can participate and also can do service.there is also lots more to say.... visit: http://srihanumanmandir.com/english/home1.php
