  • Hi Struggle to get hold of someone at multichioce namibia.I try on saturday the 5-05-2012 forseveral hours to get hold of someone to reset my signal,luckily for me in the one Helena answer the phone.Today Monday mine signal was lost again ,phone Dstv helpline answer I hold on for 10minutes no help after couple of minte try again wait another 10minute. So I phone out all my credit without any help. In short Multichioce Namibia you client service stinks get rid off that recording and put people on the line that can help us.I want value for my money.

  • I have been trying since 6:30 to get a hold of any client service to reset my account - even sent the sms but once again MultiChoice Namibia provided no support. Not that I'm surprized about this poor services. Just wish there will be some sort of competition in order for MultiChoice to wake up!!!

  • I am very, very discusted with your customer service in Swakopmund - it has been the tird time i went from Walvis Bay to Swakopmund to replace my pvr card and upgrade. First I try to phone - no one can get threw. When I fianally arrive in Swakop at 8 o clock - they confirm my worse nightmare - they will receive there cards at 11 then I should come back. I ask if I can leave the machine with them & if coastal couriers could pick it up & send it to Walvis Bay. NO - where there answer - They WILL NOT help a person. So I have to waste 3 hours of may day waiting for them to wake up!!!!!!!!! Not all the people from Walvis Bay can waste there time & leave for your company's bad customer service. Realy how do you help elderly people. Multichoice Namibia should look into there customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • multichoice had increased its service fee so must the service delivery we cannot keep on watching movies that were played back in the 80's like the chuck norris movies come on its realy pathetic,moreover repeating films more and over again seriously arnold,rambo and chuck norris screening time for these movies are long gone asb tog.
  • Your automated system crashes at the moment we press Hashtag, fail. Repeating the process five times counts for nought. No human operators answer the phones. Sad service. Averello
  • Trying since yesterday (Fri. 29 Aug.) to telephone your head office, by landline and "hotline". No answer. Have faxed my Proof of Payment, after many attempts to get the fax line. But still no service. Does MultiChoice Namibia actually exist?????
  • Cheez! Guys are you really working or not, how come every time you call multichoice there is no answer we are tired of holding for more than 45min, if you lines are not in operational then switch it off completely. it's really a pain in the bum, please improve your telephone line. we are tired.

  • I am not happy with the service rendered towards me on because my DStv is still off even though I pay. The fact that miss the Barclays English premier league spoiled my day.
  • Your phone number 270 5222, what is wrong with it, please provide another number. It is unprofessional to have number that's not working, this is very, very bad! do something!
  • Why do you switch your decoder off even though it is payed and tells me we must sms a certain number to reset, done that nothing happened try phoning your number it does not work either, why must pay a lot of money for no service and that is not fair
  • You know to switch of the decoder but you do not know to check from your statement who paid and who did not. Your system is this: you switch of all the decoders(16-4). All those who did not pay they run to the bank and all those who paid will call you(sms does not work). So you have to check les accounts. Clever system, Is it? Hannu Ondangwa
  • I am not happy the way Dstv decided to neglect sport lovers more especially the soccer fans (Barclay premier league supporters). We feel neglected in such a manner that we are forced to pay for the full bouquet which is very expensive and not everyone can afford to pay that amount. All these happened because of the lack of competitors in this country that can compete with this company. But soon as the time goes you " Multichoice" will regret all this.
