Former Finnish name Alakirjola (Alakiryola), an estate which is located on the territory of the present-day village of Landyshevka of the Vyborg district (nearby the settlement of Sovetsky). The estate has been known since thhe 16th century, it is cold according the village of the same name. The place-name is descended from the family of local peasants Kirjonen. In 1894 the estate was bought by E. Nobel, the widow of a businessman L. Nobel, for 80 thousand of the Finnish markkas. The garden laying was made by the St. Petersburg park architect A.E. Regel.
In 1940 the Finland troops blew up the estate building in retreat.
