  • Tag is incorrect - Russian Embassy is located in Washington, D.C. Here we have the living compound of the Permanent Mission of the Russian Federation to the United Nations.
  • Tag is correct. This is the residence of the employees. Two small building were added to the rooftop many, many years ago for eavesdropping. One of the highest sites in NYC.
