  In the heart of Gulshan-e-Iqbal, this block of flats is an ideal location to live with a number of public buses just a stones throw away. Yet it has a history of dirty politics, with incompetent and corrupt management that only cares about some extra cash. Residents face problems on a daily basis, most irritating of which is the ever noisy generator in the middle of the four blocks of flats yet the responsible people seem to do nothing about it. The appearance of the flats is also apauling. If you happen to ever visit Al shams Plaza do remember that it wasn't what it is now, its all down to the people who look after it.
