Or better yet, you can ask from someone at Malh Singh di hatti, Giani cycle repair guy, Dr. Bikker, Pandit's tea stall, Fauji di dukan, Seth di attey wali chakki or in the middle of town Jaggey di hatti or Kale ki dukan .   • Hi Friends, I am Javed Arshad Khan Manj from Pakistan. Jalalabad was abode to my ancestors for centuries. It was founded by Rai Beejay Khan on the name of his father Rai Jalal Khan. They were all Rajputs of Manj subcaste. On creation of Pakistan in 1947 my ancestors had to shift from Jalalabad whey they were born and brought up and the place where their older generations lay buried. I have had had the honour and privilege of visiting this beautiful village which is named after my great great grand father twice. Sardar Amardeep Singh son of Sardar Jarnail Singh Kothiwale was our lovely host on both my visits, I was extremely delighted to have seen the village of my forefathers. Long live Jalalabad and long live the present inhabitants of Jalalabad. God bless you all.
