Quirino is a landlocked municipality in the province of Ilocos Sur in the Philippines. It had a population of 8,535 people as registered in the 2010 Census.

Formerly known as Angkaki, the municipality was renamed to Quirino in honor of Elpidio Quirino, the 6th President of the Philippines.

Quirino is administratively subdivided into 9 barangays:
