Westfield is not a parish in its own right, & is very much part of Radstock, not Norton. Westfield was once clearly separated(by the Reading Room / Brixey's Field / Miners Welfare Hut / football field)from Norton Hill, which in turn, is in Norton. When re-built in 1953, Westfield C of E Church was rather enigmatic, as it had strayed into the former locally determined boundary between Westfield & Norton Hill.
The position has become even more blurred 'on the ground' through increased housing & other development, 'Westfield Trading Estate' ( in Norton Hill) & for example, reference to 'Westfield' in the (former) Pratten's Sports & Social Club.
