Small marine-mammal park featuring sea lions and dolphins. Given its size and location I don't particularly envy the non-humans that work here. The dolphin lagoon does not appear to be present in this photo which means that at some point this park attracted visitors solely on its sea lions and kiddie rides.

While in the United States a park such as this would have moved into the realm of "urban exploration", I guess the EU kicked in some subsidies to keep the place above water (ha ha ha).
