Former headquarters campus for HealthSouth Corporation with former street address of One HealthSouth Parkway. Daniel Corporation purchased the property from HealthSouth in 2008.

HealthSouth leases space from Daniel for their headquarters, which accounts for the majority of the space in the building. The property was originally purchased by HealthSouth in August of 1995 from Southern Company Services which had decided to locate their corporate offices in Inverness, on highway 280, instead of on the property. The headquarters campus was completed in February of 1997.

Daniel Corporation refers to the entire 103 acre property as Cahaba Center at Grandview which includes the office buildings, conference center, and future hospital. Daniel has announced plans to further develop the property with additional medical office buildings, hotels, and retail buildings.
