A key project in JAKA's property thrust was Splendido Gardens Salcedo. The project commenced on Febuary 16, 1989, when JIC entered into an agreement with Sigma Investments Corporation to construct a Grade A 21-storey residential condominium building. Splendido Gardens Salcedo was built on a consolidated property consisting of three choice lots bounded by H.V. de la Costa, Alfaro (now Leviste Street) and Lakandula Streets in Salcedo Village, Makati City.

The Splendido Gardens Salcedo is the epitome of a luxurious residential lifestyle. SGS is a twenty one (21) storey building that contains seventy six (76) residential units with floor areas ranging from 276 to 322 square meters. Each of the well-appointed units contains three (3) bedrooms with its own toilet and bath. All units have two (2) balconies and may be fitted or fully furnished upon request.

  • Would it be nicer if we just map out the roofdeck of the building without including its base? I notice how they map buildings in Singapore this way. Simple. Clean.
