Known as the political bailiwick of the influential Llamas clan of Mauban. This barangay is the birthplace of the greatest Maubanin politician of all time, and most probably the entire Quezon province - Honorable Mayor Ferdinand V. Llamas. To this day, even after 10 yrs. after his demise, he still is dearly missed and loved by his constituents.
