  • Respected Sir, I, DK Mahto is a resident of Dhamdaha North and presently working in INDIAN ARMED FORCES namly Indian Navy at Indian Naval Ship Valsura, Jamnagar( Gujrat). There was a cace pending in your office rgarding land registration.As I stated that I am a defence Personnel and most of the time away from house or family members. In view of the above I can't look after my own property in proper way. My younger brothers and old aged father are staying there. They are unable to meet the situation requirements.My land is around 4 acrs and 3 KM away from dhamdaha. My land is both side of the dispute land. According to area title shoot first previlage should given to me not others. This will be couse for future . Therefore I request to you that reconsider the matter and favourale action.
