The Allianz Park is a multipurpose arena built to receive shows, concerts, corporate events, and especially Palmeiras football matches, its owner.

The arena has one of the most modern multipurpose spaces of the country, and its stadium meets FIFA standards, accrediting to receive the most relevant sports tournaments. With construction started in 2010, was completed in November 2014.

The new arena was built by the company WTorre Properties / Arenas, the WTorre Group, where was located the old Estádio Palestra Italia, also popularly known as Parque Antarctica.

The first official game of Allianz Parque was held on November 19, 2014 between Palmeiras and Sport, by the Campeonato Brasileiro de Futebol, with the score 0-2 to the Sport and the presence of 35,939 fans.
