Council House is a highrise office building in Perth, Western Australia, Australia. It has 13 floors and a height of 48 m (152 ft). Designed by Howlett and Bailey Architects, it was constructed by J. Hawkins and Son from October 1961 to March 1963 at a cost of £1,500,000. It serves as the headquarters for the City of Perth.

The building was vacated in 1994 to allow for asbestos removal. Demolition of Council House was considered before a plan to refurbish it was brought up. Council House was refurbished by John Holland Constructions from August 1997 to February 1999 at a cost of $25,314,000.

Council House has a concrete-encased steel frame with lifts and service rooms at its eastern end and a fire escape stairwell at its western end. The glass exterior has T-shaped white sunbreakers superimposed in an alternating pattern across the building. Its exterior has been fitted with over 22,000 LED lights. The LED system was turned on on April 7, 2010 and was installed at a cost of A$1,089,000.

Council House was added to the Western Australian Register of Heritage Places on 8 December 2006.
