I.P.C.L (English medium)school has primary , secondary and higher secondary education..very famous in Vadodara. The school is located in such a place that it maintains its harmony with nature. In monsoons, the students get a good opportunity to see the peacocks and peahens near the grounds.
I.P.C.L school has a big ground for the students to play in, plus it has a mini basketball ground, a mini football ground a volleyball place,a small cricket ground with a cricket pitch made up of cement. It also has a 'long jump' pit which more used as a sand pit by the small children for making sand castles except during the annual sports day of the school, when the pit is used for long jump.
There is also a canteen which gives nice hot snacks for the students and the staff to eat in the recess. There are many other activities that the school does like inter house cricket,football & basketball tournament in the sports category and painting, debate,etc in the intellectual part.
The school building consists of two stories which are divided into primary,secondary and higher secondary sections. It has a library consisting of loads of books from the small children story books like 'Champak' to big fat reference books for various subjects. There is a music room for one to learn the various instruments like tabla,sitar,harmonium,etc. The school also has laboratory for physics, biology and chemistry and a computer lab.
Behind the school there is a small jungle like area which is separated from the school with a huge 8ft compound wall and spikes on it to prevent the students to go in there(but many do manage to go by bending the spikes).
There is always a nice and calm atmosphere in the school and greenery like the rest of the P.T township and it's an enjoyable view in the winter,except when those nasty dragonflies come in at a whopping large quantity,so that we could not clearly see the person standing at a distance of about 10feet from us. But still it's fun for the students, the run all over the ground catching those dragonflies.
Overall, the school is a nice place to study, away from the city's polluting atmosphere in a nice climate and in the lap of nature.
