Vagula railway station was a railway station on the southern side of Lake Vagula in Võru parish, Võru county, in the village of Juba.
The Valga–Petseri railway section, which was completed in 1889 as part of the Riga–Pskov railway, runs through the former station. The station was left in Nursi parish when it was opened. The former railway station is now located in the village of Juba. Passenger trains ran through Vagula on the Valga–Veski route until 2001. The railway is currently used only for freight transport. Vagula railway station had one low platform and a waiting pavilion.

Vagula railway station was preceded by Sõmerpalu railway station when coming from Valga and followed by Võru railway station.
