Palupera railway station (formerly also Pritsu; in German Palloper) is a railway station on the Tartu–Valga railway section in Palupera municipality, Elva rural municipality, Tartu County. The neighbouring Palupera station in the direction of Tartu is Elva, and the neighbouring Puka railway station in the direction of Valga. The station is a stop for Elron passenger trains running on the Tartu–Valga route. Palupera has one short (30 m) partially covered inter-rail platform, which means that trains can only exit through Zone C. Until 2010, Uderna railway station on the Tartu side was in front of Palupera, and Aakre railway station was behind it. Originally, this was the site of the Middendorf parking lot, which was located on the lands of the Palupera manor in Otepää rural municipality.
