Tsiistre Flax Museum is a museum in the village of Tsiistre, Rõuge parish, Võru county. The Flax Museum is located in the threshing floor of Prastuli farm. The museum was founded in 2011 by the Prastuli Society. The museum aims to record the history of Estonian flax growing and processing. Courses and workshops are organized. In 2014–2017, the Finno-Ugric Film Festival was held there.
