The Naissaare Museum is located in the Männik village in a Soviet-era overtime worker's residence and introduces the island's older and closer military history.An overview of the history of the creation and development of sea fortresses is presented, the life of the island during wartime and the Soviet period is introduced. All this is illustrated by projectile fragments, details of armament, photos. A large part of the exhibition area is covered by Soviet army soldier's paraphernalia and Soviet propaganda prints.You can see how a soldier lived, and you will be reminded of everyday habits that tend to be forgotten. A number of mine shells, grenades and weapons remind us of the tension of the situation on the Soviet border.
