The facade along Revolution Avenue is designed symmetrically with three arches in the center with a height of three floors. Then the arches turn into two-story arches supported by two rows of columns. The lower two floors have a raised rustication and are separated by symmetrically arranged pylons, on which columns three stories high are mounted, holding the entablature.
