  • Rerka Bala is a beautiful & historic village with almost 20,000 population. young generation is very brilliant and intelligent.It has govt Boys High School, Basic Health Unit,Telephone Exchange, Sub Post Office, Police Chowki,office of Union council, a beautiful chain of carpetted roads around it and now Alhamdolillah Govt Girls high School and Matric classes have been inaugorated by Honourable Arshad Mahmood Shahis Sb, the Great Scientist, on 31-03-2011. All this have been achieved by the tireless efforts of Mr. Arshad Mahmood Shaid, great Scientist and honourable, the greatest international journalist Irfan Siddiqi sab (Daily Jang/GEO TV). We the whole residents of Rerka Bala( M.B.Din) are highly thankful to both of them for their, this great, auspecious and historic contribution to Rerka Bala...We solute them and will ever remember their this great blessing to the people of all residents of Rerka Bala and residents of neighbuoring villages.   • Assalam-o-Alaikum, Once again we, the management of Eesar welafre Organization, are very much thankful to Almighty Allah Who enabled us to arrange the Inauguration Ceremony of Veterinary Hospital & Office of the Agriculture Department in Rerka Bala on 16-02-2012. The great Inauguration Ceremony was held in Govt Boys High School Rerka Bala. The Chief guest, the most honorable Arshad Mahmood Shaid (by whom untired efforts these offices were established), Executive District Officer Agriculture, Livestock, Forests & Fishries the honorable Farooq Ahmed, District Livestock Officer Dr. Jafer pervez Naqvi, District Agriculture Officer M. Azam Gondal, District Officer PTCL Engineer Munawar Iqbal, District Officer Community Development Zafar Iqbal Gondal, District Officer Social welfare M.Atif, SHO PST Civil Line Mohsan Majeed Jathol,Deputy District Officer Agriculture Toqeer Ahmed, Dr. Mumtaz Bag, Agriculture Officer Arif Nadeem, Inspector Punjab Police Musarrat Iqbal Bosal, Ikram Ullah Hashmi Advocate Lahore High Court, Headmaster Govt H/S Chak# 44 Manik Khan aabid, Headmaster Govt H/S Rerka Bala Iftakhar Ahmed, President EWO Sikander Hayat zargar, Sr. Vice president M. Aslam, Vice President Dr Nazar Muhammad, Secretary Finance Wakeel Anjum Hashmi,Secretary General Tariq Mahmood Hashmi, Executive Member Qaiser Hashmi, Zial Ullah Hashmi, Nasrullah Khan Zargar, Molana Ikram Ullah Haral, Molana Manzoor Ahmed, honorable teachers, students, villagers and a lot of cultivators and farmers participated in the Inauguration Ceremony by showing there presence. All the participants and guests admired honorable Arshad Mahmod Shahid for his great and historic contribution for Rerka Bala and acepted that his this great effort and achievement will ever be remembered in the history of Rerka Bala and will be written with golden words just like he made the establishment of Govt Girls High School in Rerka Bala. All the participants also admired the social wefare activities of Eesar welfare Organization, Rerka Bala stating that such organizations are a light of hope for poors, needies and sourceless villagers and are torch bearer for the other members of society. At the end of ceremony Chief guest honorable Arshad Mahmood Shahid, EDO Farooq Ahmed, SHO Mohsin Majeed Jathol also inaugurated the Planting by planting with their hands.   • Alhamdo-Lillah in Rerka Bala a Veterinary Hospital (Shifa Khana Hevanat) has been established since 16-02-2012 by the efforts of honorable Arshad Mahmood Shahid. The veterinary hospital has been inaugurated by Arshad Mahmood Shahid and Executive District Officer Livestock & Dairy Development Farooq Ahmed on 16-02-2012. So, all Rerkians are intimated that they can consult Veterinary Hospital for the medical treatment of their precious livestock. The Agriculture Office has been inaugurated by the honorable Arshad Mahmood Shahid and Executive District Officer Agriculture honorable Farooq Ahmed on 16-02-2012. So, all the Rerkians are intimated to consult the Agriculture Office regarding the problems of their crops to enhance their crops production, please.   • Rerka Bala is a big village comprising about 25000 population. It is enriched with agriculture & livestock production. People are nice, religious and have great passion for the education of their kids. It has many facilities like Govt Boys High School, Govt Girls High School, BHU, Post Office, Police Station, PTCL Exchange, DSL Service, Agriculture's Office, Veterinary Hospital, NBP Branch. It is pertinent to mention here that most of the facilities in our village have been achieved due to the sincere efforts of Arshad Mahmood Shahid who have pain, emotions and great spirit to uplift his village. Recently due to great efforts of Mr. Arshad ATM machine at NBP Rerka Bala Branch has been approved and installed. It's great facility for residents that they will be able to draw amounts at any time during the whole week from bank. Further, due to his efforts Computer/IT Laboratory for Govt Girls High School and Boundary Wall of Govt Boys High School has been approved and funds have been provided by the Chief Minister Punjab and both soon will be completed. We wish more facilities for Rerka Bala and request Mr. Arshad to effort more for his village. Thanks Mr. Arshad, Allah bless you more and more...Ameen.
