Kopse Hof (Nijmegen)

The Kops Plateau, also known as Kopse Hof, is a high plain east of Nijmegen. On the south bank of the Waal it is located on the moraine that rises quite steeply from the river bed. The Romans appreciated this moraine because they had a good view of the Waal, the Rhine and the entire area up to Arnhem.
