  This is to bring to the attention of concerned authorities that basic ground road work was completed around the Interchange of Ring Road on Main Badian Road but later the work was stopped when only a single day's job of spraying the bitumen was remaining. Now the traffic is moving , all sand have flown away while choking cars and human throats, now stones are out of road which are becoming a cause of slow traffic and accidents and damage to public vehicles.We are a poor country but we waste money like the most wealthiest nations.
