Sampalukan is located between Poblacion and Maypajo. It is said that the area used to be part of the Poblacion, but later it separated from the poblacion and became a barrio of Kalookan. He said, the place is known because of the number of tamarind trees that grow here.n the 1930's, part of Sampalukan was taken to create Grace Park.
