Atascadero has an annual "cruise night" in which people take their cars, pay 20 dollars to enter, and drive around in a circle while people hangout at the nearby park, sunken gardens and drink beer and watch the cars go by. Problem is the predetermined route goes right through a speed bump, which sucks. This is also one of the only speed bumps in the town so the fact its there just sucks.
