Going to be knocked down soon. At the moment its a 7 story old abandonded bread factory with hidden access to the roof at the very top. Theres a basement but its flooded, havent explored properly but id say theres something interestting down there.
roof access is difficult and you have to climb through a narrow hole in the ceiling with is hard to reach in itself.
WARNING: people do live there fron time to time and have been aggresive/ not in their right state of mind (due to drug use) but stioll worth exploring if you can avoid them.
