1205-1215 Bathurst Street was first home to Tile Sales of Canada Ltd. in the ground floor and rear warehouse spaces, with two upstairs residential apartments. The ground floor space of the Art Deco building was known as 1211 Bathurst Street; the rear warehouse known as 1213 Bathurst Street; and the upstairs residential apartments were known as 1205 Bathurst Street.
