In 1907 the Electromechanical school was founded with a great help of Michail Nikiforovich Bardygin. In 1921 Electromechanical school was transformed to the Technical School, and in 1923 it was renamed to the "Komsomolec". The Technical School developed great activity, the graduates worked on many plants and factories of the country, the students spread for practice all over the USSR.
On 12th December in 1991 Egorievsk technological school "Komsomoletc" was transferred to the Moscow University "Stankin". On 13th January in 1992 institute received the status of the branch of the Moscow State Technological University.
Nowadays, the institute can prepare well qualified personnel, that is required in the modern manufactures.
Students successfully work on different manufactures in the whole Moscow Region, they are able to find good, well-paid and interesting job.
