A park that can be enjoyed by bike, horse or on foot. The 9 kilometres surfaced cycle track is fairly flat and a nice easy ride for the family. The horse route is about four kilometres in length. Both routes take you through newly planted woodland and through areas of plants and flowers beginning to provide a rich habitat for many species of butterflies and other wildlife.

The Country Park has a 'figure of eight' path, with separate access for cyclists. This includes a four mile circular path around Stewartby Lake, popular with all user groups.

There is another four mile path, around the outside of the 'Wetlands', with separate access for horse riders. The path goes past the Forest Centre (and cycle hire facility) and both Stewartby and Millbrook railway stations.

Further links by footpath will be established with other places in the Vale, such as Randall's Farm Field Study Centre and Lidlington Lake.

Access to the park is free and it is open all year around. It is regularly used by the locals for walking, running, cycling and walking of dogs.
