Uikhoven (Maasland dialect: Ukeve) is a village on the western side of the Meuse in Belgium and a submunicipality of the municipality of Maasmechelen. The Meuse flows on the eastern side and the Zuid-Willemsvaart forms part of the border with Rekem. Uikhoven was first mentioned in writing in 1298, as Udenchoven, where hove refers to a farm, which is associated with the personal name Udo. The northern part of the elongated dike village is known as Daaluikhoven.
