Krosno (in full The Royal Free City of Krosno, Polish: Królewskie Wolne Miasto Krosno) is a town in south-eastern Poland with 48,060 inhabitants as of 2004.Situated in the Subcarpathian Voivodeship (since 1999), previously capital of Krosno Voivodeship (1975-1998). It is the capital of Krosno County.
