The 516 Arouca Bridge is the longest suspended pedestrian bridge in the world. It is located in Arouca, in the region of Aveiro, next to the remarkable Passadiços do Paiva. It is 516 meters long and is 175 meters above the banks of the Paiva River. When crossing the bridge you can admire the magnificent landscape over the Garganta do Paiva and the Cascata das Agueiras, both geosites of the UNESCO Arouca Geopark territory.
