  • First of all I wanna say that Shah Jamal is not a city, IT's only a town of Muzaffar Garh. And secondly I must say that there are no good facilities of health and education.Many people come to Multan to get these facilities. The People of the town have to work hard to live a better life. Many people are migrating to Multan to get better life. Sorry to say all this.

  • Shah jamal is not a tehsil it just like a town but it contain a big city .all life living goods and merchandise are available in the city.but alas there there are no facilities of higher education,lack of health facilities,people come to multan or Lahore to get health facilities. every year thousand student leave there education for not being any college.

  • Shahjamal is in fact legends area but alas its rulers are playing with its fate that's why there is no more addition of basic faculties like education, health etc. It is thickly populated area but lagging with basic faculties.
