This place was alloted to Tibetians who came from Tibet as refugees for putting small shops so that they can earn their livelyhood. They sell various electronic items like toys, cameras, batteries and clothes etc etc. When I was a kid, my sole aim used to be to go to bazar from this Tibetian market by glancing in their glass boxes for small and pretty electronic cars :-).
