Columbus Junction is a city in Louisa County, Iowa, United States. The population was 1,830 at the 2020 census.
The Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad served Columbus Junction from 1980 until 1985, with a former CRI&P line now operated by the Iowa, Chicago and Eastern.
The town is at the junction of the Iowa (on the west) and Cedar (on the east) Rivers.
