This home's first owner was Theodore Terry, a prominent local clockmaker. Terry pioneered the transition from wooden to brass clockworks, and owned a succession of clockmaking companies in the Bristol area. As of 2021, the home is occupied as the offices of Northern Lights Communications, a video production company.
