Apartment complex.
The main towers hold mostly residences but the base of the building is a multi-level Hyundai Department Store. The department store includes Korean, Japanese, and Western restaurants and cafes. The lower level of the building houses a grocery store (with a decent Western food section), a movie theater, and a tunnel that links up to the subway, Line 5 (Purple Line), Mokdong stop (#520).
