SM City Olongapo Central is a shopping mall owned and operated by SM Prime Holdings, the largest mall owner and operator in the Philippines. The mall was opened on Sept. 13, 2019. It is the second SM Supermall in Zambales and the second SM Supermall in Olongapo City after SM City Olongapo Downtown. It is the largest SM Mall in Zambales in terms of floor area, with 72,940 m2 (785,100 sq ft). It stands on the former site of the city museum, Gordon College (which now moved south of the mall) and Olongapo City Convention Center (which was replaced by SMX Convention Center Olongapo located in the 4th floor of the carpark building).

The entire complex consists of the main mall, car park building, Marikit Park and the Civic Center and Transport Terminal.
